Outstanding Service by Brandon!I Brandon provided the most professional and caring service any person can receive.During the hours my vehicle was being worked on, Brandon went above and beyond by arranging an Uber to take me home, and later arranging another Uber to bring me back to the dealership. My car ended up being the very last one ready. Even though the dealership doors were already closed and it was past closing time, Brandon stayed behind to ensure my vehicle was personally delivered to me. I felt bad for holding him up, but he went completely out of his way with a positive and helpful attitude. Crown Lexus is lucky to have someone so dedicated on their team. Thank you, Brandon!

Andrew greeted me at my car and was very efficient at getting me checked in. He made special notes for my car and they were followed. He set me up with Lyft and worked flawlessly. The only issue I have is that when I got to the dealership to pick up the car I had to wait an additional 30mins. If the car wasn’t ready that’s ok but when you tell me the car is ready, I’m not not sure why the additional time to get the keys. Otherwise service is always friendly and everyone I meet is very nice.
