I wished that when I, I thought I was buying not leasing a car, since it wasn’t discussed or mentioned by the Sales Man (VP) during the transaction and I was mis-lead by the Sales Man (VP) and made me believed all the incentives offered to me during the transaction but it was not really an incentives but make believed that I am getting a deal of a lifetime, even with my 2024 LE Camry that was paid for and trade it in. To make the story short, I talked to the Dealer Manager and the Finance Mgnr., all he had to say, that the Sales Man (VP) made a mistake even he provided me a document stated how much to pay off the Car after 3 Mos. of payment. He said this is the only way, that I will get those Incentives presented to me. But it’s a false and misleading statement/information.

You have your customers make an appointment. After getting there at the appointment time, I was there 21/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation! I shouldn’t have to wait that long. You need to do a better job making appointments. No complaints about Gavin Guillory. He was very professional.

Bell Toyota scratched all four of my rims. When I brought it up, instead of trying to immediately figure out how to fix it, I was told I would no longer be getting my tires rotated due to them being aftermarket. I find this weird, because even if they were oem, they still would have been gouged by whatever tech putting the tires back on (obviously and sloppily using an impact wrench)
Not really happy. Sent the advisor an email documenting the incident with photos and was told I’d have to wait till the whoever it is to come back next week for them to “take a look”.
