Jeffrey was great. The First service person, not so much. He said I hope you have a Lot of time to spare because there’s a lot of cars ahead of you. I said, I had a 12 o’clock appointment. I was told you need and appointment due to the virus. After I told him I had an appointment, he said that didn’t matter. Then why did the person on the phone schedule me for 12 o’clock?
