Chris was momentarily out of office when I arrived, but his stand-in (I'm sorry, I don't his name) did a good job at checking me in, and Chris was back and completed the service call just fine as usual. I appreciated the high level of anti-coronavirus awareness displayed with notices and face mask wearing by the staff. Just a suggestion: putting out a bottle or two of hand sanitizer in the customer areas (lounge and show room) would be nice. BTW Nice clean men's restroom!

It was also a comfortable wait not least of all because he was very personable and took a few extra moments out of his busy schedule to help me out with some places to see around the area.
