Torey is always so polite when we go there.We always feel like we're at home when we are there. We have purchased five vehicles in the past 5 years and Torey has always made us feel so special.She knows everything about our our vehicles to where other employees don't If I go in there for something and she isn't there I will come back another day unless it's something important that I need to have done.
She is a very, very good employee and you are very lucky to have her.

I appreciate the service of the service advisor Rickey Williams. My complaint is not about him.
Sometime during the service, somebody went through my glove compartment box. I do not know why they were in there because the service did not require it. The contents were messed up and disorganized. And one item was left on the floor below. It made me wonder whether other areas in my care (i.e., the center console) were also messed with.

This is the second time I had to deal with rep in service . He is rude
I asked if I could get a ride to work , I was told the driver was already helping others but when he returned they would come and get me ..... no one did .
So I called work for a coworker to come and get me .
I was very concerned with my brakes not properly functioning, instead of taking my vehicle to relative who owns his own body shop and at his recommendation
I took the car to the dealership .... to be told I need tires .
Funny , I just had my car serviced 1 week prior for a oil change and it was recommended I should need tires based in my mileage , my service record and the record I received a week later say two entirely different assessments on my brakes and tires . I can only assume two different people came to two different conclusion.
