I wasn’t contacted about my vehicle on Saturday. It was stressed to me that the Service Center closes at 4:00 pm. I called KIA service center at 3:00 pm. I wanted an update. I was told the manager would call me back. Did not hear from anyone. I didn’t expect to hear from anyone on Easter Sunday. Monday, my job required me to fly to Indianapolis. I called the service department from the airport to let them know that I would not be able to pick up my car on that day. Later that day, I received a message from Truc letting me know my car was ready for pick up. It was as if she never received any of the messages I sent to her.
Today, I picked my car up. I was very disappointed that my vehicle was not freshly washed and vacuumed! The KIA dealership in Renton, WA would always wash and vacuum my Optima when it was brought in.

Miss Elizabeth was attentive and she support me. My car had a trembling in the front left tire. She told me that KIA ‘s Service Report was to REPLACE THE FRONT TIRES because the tread was very low. She told me that the tire installment was $121 each one and the aligning $99 for a total of $341 before tax that plus the $149 gavea an amount of almost $500. I was pleased with Mrs. Elizabeth, but she told me that they made the Multi-Inspection point Check and that my car was washed. When I went to my car it was not clean at all .. I am not satisfied with KIA because I went to a tire dealer and the solve the problem doe just $106 ( balancing, rotation and aligning ). This saved me $400 and time. Thank you !
