Not satisfied. Was told window motor drivers side need replaced. I paid for motor,new motor installed 4-2-21. Now Kia service and technician told me and made note on my invoice, the master switch for the drivers side front window is showing signs of wear and possible sticking. May need replacement in the future. Now which was going bad, the motor or the switch? I will be paying out of my pocket for both for sure. Thanks KIA Dealership. For sure this window/switch motor problem will be reported again to KIA Corporate again, and again. Until I get satisfaction with my 2014

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. As well as needing a right signal bulb replaced. When I received my paperwork it indicated that the bulb was replaced. On my way home I noticed that the right signal was still rapid (indicating that a bulb is out). When I arrived home I checked and the bulb was still out. I was pressed for time so I did not return. If the bulb was not replaced, how do I know the the oil was changed or the tires rotated?

Car has a recall and you don’t have the part. Josh told me not to drive the vehicle u til part comes in and that NO Kia will not give me a loaner vehicle. Hope this recall does not cause the fire that you claim as there will be A huge problem. In addition, I received no correspondence from your dealership. I only knew about the recall after receiving an email from another Kia dealer!!! Coral Springs. Customer service is awful!
