I have not been completely satisfied with my service at Kia for sometime. I moved out of the area and come back on a Saturday when it’s convenient for me. This time I made an appointment early enough that I wouldn’t have to have it interfere with any of the plans that I had for the day. I was there almost 2 hours due to I was told that you were short staffed on Saturday well you’re always short staffed on Saturday. And to top it off I was late for my next appointment. On top of that I mentioned a few things I was concerned about and when my vehicle came back I asked about them and they weren’t even answered. The service advisor could care less whether I’m there or not, this time she really ticked me off. If I didn’t have to come to Kia I wouldn’t. I’m not sure what you did with the gentleman that worked in service, but he was the nicest guy you guys ever had, so I really hope you didn’t get rid of him. I’m just disappointed in Kia’s customer service. I was never treated this way when the gentleman worked there
