Very courteous and friendly. Dan calmly explained why I had to pay for the regular maintenance even though I was told when I bought the service warranty the only 4 things I would ever have to pay for was batteries, windshield wipers, brakes and tires. Needless to say I was not happy but he remained calm and talked me off the ledge,lol. He had always been very nice to work with, he is a definitely asset to your company. I hope you appreciate him.
