Richard Palmer was extremely helpful and through this morning when I brought my car in. I initially came in for a flat tire and Richard let me know my car had a recall which would if I liked could have been taken care of at the same time. I was not aware of any recall as the dealership I bought my car from hadn’t notified me. I will bring my 2021 Kia Seltos to West Hills Kia for any and all service it needs in the future!
Also, the facility was very clean and I appreciated that staff went around to sanitize the chairs and tables in the waiting area. I was also pleasantly surprised that care was taken to ensure that my car was returned in the order I brought it in. Richard made sure all maintenance related items were removed and asked if I had any further questions. I know it seems minor but my car was ready for me to drive out of the service area instead of me having to hunt for my car like I did when I owned a Toyota.

Totally satisfied with Jeff’ and all the service team at Lifetime Kia. This recent visit was for a state inspection and a spare tire kit, which had to be ordered. I had called and talked to Jeff about the spare tire kit and he switched me to George in Parts. He ordered the kit and returned me to Jeff who I made an appointment with for the inspection And tire kit install. Two days later George called to say the tire kit was in and wanted to make sure it was ready for me when I came in which I appreciate. Jeff walked me to the Car on completion of the work as usual.
