My car is still having the same problem after spending over 800 dollars, and I can’t drive it. I’m scared to bring it back and have to pay more and still not have a car to drive.

Estimated "couple of hours" time estimate, resulted in 5+ hours. I realize that another issue came up, no doubt this took additional time, but we expected sn update. I firmly believe that I should not use my "personal time" to have a factory recall issued resolved. Vehicle should be picked up dealer and brought to facility for repair. I thought we purchased dependability.
