I think there is room for improvement in manner in which cars have limited space to queue up to register for their appointment. I realize it is a process, but a person who is on the lot directing would be helpful.

Lennie was awesome. So is the entire staff. My only criticism is that I went to get the fuse box kit as part of a recall installed. Unfortunately, they didn't have the part. I'm told they will have it on my next service and not to worry. When I made the appointment, I told somebody that it was for the recall and for servicing my car. It's not a major problem, but I think it's solvable. Lennie and the entire staff could not have been nicer about all of this. I'll be back.
