I was surprised my the cost of my KIA oil change and tire rotation. $80 plus seemed pretty high. I also asked the dealership to install a Honda filter I provided and they failed to do that. The oil used was full synthetic and very costly when a blend would have been more cost effective . I will probably find another dealership to get my future car services .

Like always the service from start to finish was great with total professionalism. Everyone is so nice, like one big Kia family. If I had to critique one thing, it would be what’s on the waiting area’s tv. They keep it on the channel that has The View. It’s extremely political, in some cases very hateful towards Americans. My suggestion is have it on a channel that doesn’t divide people. Like the HGTV Channel, Travel Network, National Geographic, Science Channel, FS1 Sports. Very easy with those examples. This way there’s no programming like the View that actually puts you in a bad mood while waiting. Thank you for all Kia does.
