James was very polite, personable and honest. I appreciated his candor and how he explained the issues with my car. James called me to see if I wanted to continue with the servicing of the AC unit. I said yes and told him, jokingly, not to call me back with nothing else wrong with my car. Well, he did! He called me back about the condition of my tires. The cost to service my car was over $1700; however, the cost was very reasonable and the service James provided was outstanding! Even the cashier Ileta was very nice and had a big smile. Great customer service.

I expressed at the time of pickup that the math didn’t seem right and just got told different numbers over and over so I finally paid. When I got home and wasn’t rushed I was indeed overcharged and I also noticed that there is some sort of white goo all over my black rims I’m assuming from the tire installation but this should’ve been cleaned. I called Leo on 6/12 and left a message about the over charge and goo and never received a call back. I’m extremely disappointed.
