My service indicator was not reset. When I called no one helped me. My tire pressures were still off even though they were supposedly checked and my vehicle was car washed but not clean. The oil change was free so I guess that evens it out?

Mike C and the service department is great! They are so accommodating even in unexpected events. I hit something on the road and made a call to Mike and he said bring the car in and we’ll take care of it, no appointment needed. It’s very comforting knowing that Covina Valley KIA Service department is there in time of need with no hesitation. All I can say is they have been taking care of me and my car since I purchased it in 2015.
