Jonathan was very professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely entrust my vehicles next service or issues with him. He was also able to give me more of an idea what to do next for my vehicles air conditioning issues

The problem I was having with my vehicle was not corrected. Half way home the same issue occurred with the front end collision light came on again and cruise control not working. I’ll call tomorrow to reschedule an appointment to see if we can fix the problem. Your people were great but for some reason the problem was not fixed.

Eric Livingstone was AMAZING ???? as 1 man! I’m however not at all pleased with the amount of time that service took! I’m not happy about the fact that I now apparently have an ant ???? problem in my car and white residue on all fenders, none of which were there when I dropped it off! Your consumer affairs department is laughable due to the fact that after 2 weeks of Kia having my car, I’d call them DAILY and sit on hold for literally 2 hours and do u know no one EVER answered.

My issue upon waiting for my vehicle to be finished, was the length of time. I’m not familiar with your protocol for a 15,000 mile service. However, I can say that my appointment was at noon. I showed up 15min. early to drop the keys off.
I returned 2 1/2 hours later to find out my vehicle was still not finished.
Thus my lack of satisfaction.

Waited over an hour to get told a door handle was needed to be ordered. I told the person making the appointment that the door handle needed to be replaced because it continues to fall off hence, the reason for the appointment. Over an hour to be told we have to return again.
