Delay in response. Seems like departments and staff don’t communicate with each other. Need to follow up more than 3 times to see what’s going on with my vehicle. My vehicle was at the dealership for almost 4 weeks. Been paying for a vehicle that I can’t use. Just lack of communication. Very dissatisfy.

I was not given a clear time frame on how long it would take to get my car fixed. Every time I called, there should be an answer by the next day. Never reached out to give me any updates. All I received were text messages to not hesitate to reach out, any questions or concerns etc. when I respond to the text, NO RESPONSE. This is not the first time that I have been here and received this type of service. This will be the LAST TIME that my family and I bring our vehicle to COVINA KIA. I will also spread the word about such horrible service that I received here.
