Still having transmission getting stuck with cruise in last gear shift at about 3300. RPM. Will not go into next gear without pressing gas. Have video of issue.

The service technicians I spoke with over the phone had different ideas of the requirements for additional drivers on the “loaner” paperwork (that is, do you just need their name, name and NCDL, etc.). I also never received a call back to clarify those requirements.
It also took almost 2 months to get the vehicle back! I understand that a lot of that time was waiting for parts from KIA HQ but still…
I AM happy that I didn’t have to “haggle” to get the initial diagnostic fee waived. And so far, the vehicle appears to be in great working order!
