Jim was professional and courteous. Your Service Department has redeemed my opinion of KOB. I was very upset when I turned my 2018 Buick Encore in for a 2021 Sportage and was stuck paying a $640 disposition fee after being promised I would be out of my GM contract entirely. Didn't even know what a disposition fee was. Turned in a 2018 Buick Encore with only 13,000 miles. Come on man! I am paying a Kia lease and the balance of my disposition fee. By the way, I am retired!
