Paul is just the best! I brought my vehicle in a little earlier than my appointment time because I had prior engagements and Paul reassured me that he would try to push me through fast enough. And he did just that! My wait time was shorter and I was able to make it to my other engagements. He also notified me of other things to come in for as soon as possible and even threw in a free car wash. Don’t let him go!

I had an appointment for 2:20pm. I had errands to run so I dropped the car off at 8:30am. Arrived back at the dealership at 3:30pm to wait and noticed it was still in the same spot. I walked into the service department to check on it and they hadn’t gotten to my vehicle. Mind you my appointment was at 2:20pm - it wasn’t just a show up and you can work on it whenever. They told me I also had one car ahead of them. Unacceptable. I will never bring my car back to this dealership for service or sales. Sadly my friend and I both bought our cars from them in April. You guys are a joke.

Jim took time after the oil change was done to remove some paint damage from a recent side swipe. I thought I was going to have to pay hundreds of dollars to fix the paint job, but he cleaned it up to the point where it looks almost new again. Talk about incredible service!
