I was was surprised that I was not called to tell me what time issue was and what it would cost . I was just told car was ready to pick up and when I got there I was told the cost. Any dealer have gone to as always told up front of the issue and the cost before they moved forward with services. Other than that . Customer service was very polite .

Multi-point Inspection was not completed. Technician wanted to do it when I picked up the vehicle and asked for the report. Since I was in a hurry, I chose to have it done during my next visit. Reason why I mention this is that the invoice showed that it had been completed even though it had not. Customer satisfaction could be improved by doing this without customer having to ask for it. Thank you.

We have two Kias, one that we’ve had for six months, one that we’ve had for five years. The new one (a Sorento)had multiple mechanical issues from the very beginning. Our older model (a Sedona), we’ve brought in once for routine maintenance and twice for mechanical issues over the past year. In total, we’ve dealt with the University Kia Service department over half a dozen times in the past year. Communication, customer service, and mechanical service have been really quite terrible. Happy to provide more details if you’d like to contact me by phone. We do not plan on taking our cars to University Kia for servicing ever again.

Jeramie was professional and courteous. He explained everything and told me of the service’s I maybe need at the mileage on my car. He showed me where the showroom was and told me about the amenities for me while I waited on my vehicle. Afterwards he told me what was done what I will need in the future and the price he also gave me a pamphlet of the services and a air freshener for my car.. He thanked me and showed me to my car.
