We purchased a 2017 Toyota sequoia. We were completely dissatisfied with the service agreed-upon at the time of sale. The vehicle was never cleaned and even when we returned to have it cleaned we were allowed to sit in the waiting room for six hours finding out it’s still was not detailed.The tires that were agreed to be put on it are not there when we were told they were.They finally got the correct tires but the car still was never detailed we had to leave I cannot wait any longer. We Waste an entire day and felt communication to us was very poor. No one has reached out to us to correct the problem or follow up

We waited several weeks for our appointment on Saturday, October 9. We live 2 hours away, so we drove two hours (leaving at 7:15 am to make our 9:30 appt). When we arrived they looked at the water in the floor board and said it appeared worse than they expected and they thought it would involve more time than they planned and ordering a new part that may take a week or more to arrive. They told us to come back Monday and they would give us a rental for as long as it took to fix it. We then drove 2 hours back home.
Two days later my husband drove up after work to leave the car and get the rental. Then he drove the two hours back home. Kia called us on Wednesday and told us it was fixed and to come get it. They told me they did not have to replace anything and that it was just a clogged drain as originally thought.
Complaints:
This could have been fixed at the Saturday appointment but no one bothered to check it! We drove a total of 12 hours in a 5 day span to get this taken care of. And we had to pay a $100 deposit to get a rental care that has yet to be refunded. Lastly my car floorboard was flooded daily with water for about 3-4 weeks before they got us in the the appointment.
