It is always an awesome experience when I have to visit the KOB service department. I’m always greeted with professionalism and a touch of personal customer service. I feel more like a family member than just a number and that is what makes me a loyal customer.

I had my car in for a oil change and had told Ron my car had been using 2 quarts of oil a week. I brought my car in and they said my car hadn’t had a oil change in 10 thousand miles and that was because they did not do the oil when I was suppose to have had the oil done. I bring my car in for the recommended oil change anyways!! My husband even called and left a message and we did not get a call back. I just want this documented in writing. Thank you!

I had a great experience. They took my car immediately, explained everything, and I was out of there so quickly. I expected to have to spend the whole day. I was also glad I got to wait inside. I was going to walk to Panera to work, b/c the person who scheduled me said I wouldn't be able to wait inside. Inside was much more convenient.
