From the moment I contacted Mike Connelly via telephone I knew I was in good hands. I had just picked up my vehicle for a minor service and rear brakes when the check engine light started flashing and the engine lost power. I told him AAA would be towing it in and he called me back when my vehicle arrived and assured me his technician would check it ASAP. Although I received bad news Mike guided me through the process and kept me updated on the progression on my new engine installation. Hats off to Mike for turning a negative experience positive!

I was on the phone for almost an hour trying to get an update on my car when I was already told the work was completed. When I came to the shop Khloey wasn’t available to help and I was expected to wait until she was back from lunch instead of someone else helping me get my car. After waiting long enough another representative finally helped me just getting my car out of the back and was very nice to me. I cannot remember his name but he was a another service technician.
