The floor is dirty. The cruise control does not work. Need a floor mat for the passenger side. Heard a clicking noise on right front tire when turning right. Did not sees scratches on car until next day. We are going to visit the Kia dealership soon. Shannon was and is awesome!

It takes weeks to get a car repair done , a car that is still in in the factory warranty low mileage that’s not acceptable and then my new car needs repairs that you have to leave vehicles and the dealership has no loaners so their customer can still do life normally.
