The sunroof did not get tested for leaks, my car was not even washed before I picked it up even though I specially asked for it to be cleaned since it hadn't been able to be washed in a month. I also asked them to reset the oil change trip alert and they didn't do that either.

My display temperature has been changed and I can not change it. Every time I leave after a service, something is changed and had to be reset. Usually I can reset them , but this one I can’t.

I went in for a tire check because TPSM issue. I was told by ken, the technical manager Ken at a university in Durham, NC, that the tire with the issue was patched and fixed. Ask twice if tire and TPSM had been improving and if a problem should be anticipated after? Ken said no, it was fixed. I stated I had also set up a car diagnostic appointment for later this month. He said it was unnecessary because all was restored, and the car was well. However, as I was pulling into my residence, the TPSM light came back on; this time, it flashed for about 1 minute before continuously staying on. I am very disappointed in the service I have received because this is an issue I have raised; this is the 3rd time with the University of Kia in Durham, NC, where the car was purchased. The first 2x I was told the tires were fine. This is the third time I have brought it in, and they finally told me it was a nail causing the tire issue. I was told everything was fixed, yet the TPSM is still coming on, and this time, the system will not specify which tire is the issue. I bought this car for its safety features. However, I have been feeling unsafe driving the Kia forte gt line 2021. It has become an inconvenience, possibly putting my life in danger. And new issues continued emerging because my wheel was shaking when driving on HWY, going 55-65?. This is a disappointment. This is supposed to be a top safety car, and it's a 2021 model that I have owned for only a few months. As the customer, I have done my part to ensure my car stays running smoothly, but when asked to have the dealership do their part, I have felt ignored, dismissed, and frankly do not feel safe driving my new Kia. I want to feel safe driving my car and know that I can trust the Kia brand.
