I would like to preface by saying that Damien and Franklin were friendly, professional and courteous. I am disappointed in a few issues:
1. No loaner was available. Both gentlemen did explain that due to a lack of inventory that no loaner was available. I had to spend over $500 for a mandatory 7 day rental with Avis, which some of the fees might not be reimbursed by Kia.
2. When I dropped off the vehicle on 10/25, I was not offered a courtesy ride at all. I had to have my husband come into town and pick me up at the dealership. What disappointed me was that on 11/3/21 when I picked up my vehicle, two ladies after me were both offered courtesy transportation while their vehicles were being serviced.
3. Damien had said he would have the vehicle detailed also, and Fra klin even stated "don't worry Miss Jamie, I'll take care of you." the day I dropped it off. Unfortunately, my car was in the exact same condition as it was when I dropped it off. I was very disappointed that neither Damien, nor Franklin could keep their word to me, especially considering the massive inconvenience of having to procure my own loaner. Please keep in mind that per Kia Consumer Relations Department, the turnaround time for them to reimburse me for my rental is 6 to 8 weeks.
Thank you for the opportunity to address these small issues, and again while Damien and Franklin were wonderful gentlemen to deal with, I guess I was left a bit disappointed in my overall experience.

Mostly satisfied. Just got conflicting info. Said the oil change before this (done elsewhere) had a big leak / little leak due to a cap not being tight. Also told car was washed and vacuumed - but it wasn’t because the guys who do it couldn’t be found. Not a big deal but you asked.
They said I could get wash vacuum if I’m back in the area. Which equates to another errand I have to get around to.
