I assume he was doing his job. But, I had asked if a blinking lightbulb could be put in for me. I had the light bulb with me. I was told by the representative that you all do not pop lights. This service would have taken less than one minute. I could not see the problem with putting it in. But, maybe that's just me. All I know is, if I had been working for Kia Motors that would not have been a problem for me too do a customer.
