My wife dropped our car off about 4:20. They told her it would be ready in about 1 hour. I met her there. We had some other things to do, and returned in almost exactly 1 hour. We walked in the service office, and our car arrived as soon as we walked in the office! Great service and car wash as well.

Seriously, The service manager, Gene has always been so honest about What work needs or didn't need to be done. He has a lot of integrity in my book and I trust him when he tells me things need to be done and if I can wait to do it he let me know. I think it's the best And most reliable service center I've ever gone to and he's been helping me with 2016 Kia soul which is hardly had any problems at all because of the service maintenance at this Service center at Kia in Murphy. All of his crew is very kind and approachable about any questions I may have so yes I'm very pleased

The service department were fast to assess my vehicle especially since I was a walk in. I seemed to have transmission problems and drove right to the dealership. They took my car right in. While I was there they did an oil change. The only disappointment I had was the cost of the oil change. $62 is very aggressive for only an oil change and no filter was included. I have never paid that amount for an oil change. The most I have ever paid was $45 and that was with the best oil type and filter.

I took no car in for service. The diagnostics indicated that the battery was low or even dead. I was told that a new battery was needed and it would be $409. The current battery is less than six months old. I took the car to O’Reillys and had the battery tested and their diagnostic tool indicated the battery was 100% battery life. This really made me think that Kia of Covina try to rip me off. It makes me very sad that I put my trust in them and they led me astray. I now feel like every time I have to take my car and I’m going to be treated as just another way to earn money and not really cared for as a person and lifelong Kia customer. Karen is still out was a friendly and nice service representative. I know she’s just the middle person and doing her job. I just wish that Kia had technicians that knew how to diagnose cars without using a diagnostic tool. The guy at O’Reilly’s clearly could see that the battery just needed to be tightened as it was loose.
