wrong sticker and mileage listed on my car and paperwork. my car has 79,000 +\- on it and the paperwork and "next service" sticker indicate (incorrectly) over 110,000 miles. the service advisor was great. no complaints. however the mix up makes me wonder if they were working on the correct vehicles? given the track record of kia brand thus far, all of this makes sense to me though nothing against the dealership but mix ups like this shouldnt happen when there were literally 4 techs sitting in the bay when i pulled in. "too many cooks spoil the soup"

My fuel pump was replaced and my car is running great again. However my car now reeks of oil and gasoline and stinks so bad I want to puke. I have tried febreeze and air fresheners so far with no luck and now have to spend money I shouldn’t have to on ways to try and make my car not stink.

Our car was finished . First in line of 5 cars no came in to get us, the car was done awhile ago. The employee who took care of us was so nice, as she got back from her break she noticed we were still there and replied no one took care of you , she was so shocked we were still there and apologize up and down .it wasn't her fault she was on break. That day they were very busy and short handed,I get that as I work in the casinos and we are always like that nowadays. I don't get mad as I know alot of people do in this situation. We were there almost 3 hours as we had a oil change and alignment. We thank her got into our clean car and left . She was so nice and said when I schedule the next appointment for a radiator flush I would get 15 dollars off the bill cause of that unnecessary wait that occurred. Thank you.

Thank you thank you Jonathan for turning around my experience in the service department. In each of my dealings with him, he has turned what started off a bad experience with Mike, into a great experience. His interactions with other clients in the lobby was also great from what I saw.
