My appointment was at 5pm I got there 20 minutes before, another customer walked in and also said I have an appointment at 5pm as well! My car was finished at almost 7:30pm! I was just there for oil change. George told me that there was only one technician! If I would’ve known this before I would’ve gone home. Hard to come back there for my next service.

Eric has been very good. However the quality of the technicians is bad. The car door was damaged but the technician and needs to be repaired This is common place when warranty work is needed on my car. Last time the radio needed replacing and the dashboard was damaged by a technician and had to be replaced. Both these instances required multiple trips to the dealership. Kia Covina needs to improve the workmanship of your technicians

I wanted to bring in my car for service but had a disagreement the time before when I brought it in with Eric Perez. I asked him after that, if i could make an appointment with him to bring in my car to service again but he completely ignored me. I figure he took that argument personally. He just asked for my VIN and then ghosted me after.

When I scheduled my appt. I was told 2-3 days just to diagnose my car--already a ridiculous amount of time to leave it without any actual repairs--and no loaner provided. But when I checked in, I was told 4-5 days to diagnose it, still with no loaner available! I had to rent a car with no reimbursement! No meaningful update until I called and was told the part was on back order and I was #6 in the queue for a loaner. Almost two weeks later, it's ready! This is the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I've ever had from a service Dept. and I will not purchase another Kia and will recommend others not buy one as well. This LOW LEVEL OF SERVICE is inexcusable!

The service advisor albert seemed to have no concern of why i was there he really didnt acknowledge me ...now trish and josh they where great other than me waiting almost two hrs for my loaner car which i do not blame trish for ..but when i asked albert his response was i dont know i guess there washing it and tgat was it
