The service center in Covina were extremely attentive and genuinely caring about getting the job done. They were very friendly and kept me updated with the progress. It was supposed to be a multiple day job, but I truly believe they worked hard to get it done as soon as they could. Really appreciate Covina Kia. Pay them more.

It would’ve been nice to get an update or Courtesy call every once in a while. You guys had my car for two weeks and never called me once to inform me on what was being done, I had to call to get any information and it shouldn’t be that way

Our car was at Kia for 3 weeks. We got minimal updates, no replies to messages or voicemails, and had to drive over to get an update. Despite making multiple requests for a loaner car we got no correspondence apart from being told “ xyz” will reach out to you. Overall it was a highly frustrating and disappointing experience. The car was also returned dirty with the foot mats being out of position and a really bad smell inside the car.
