Your employee sold me a service I did not ask for making sound like it was the thing I asked for. Dealers get a bad rep for selling you **** you don't need never believed it until yesterday. I feel cheated and pissed off. I asked for fluids to get topped off. Fluids were fine literally only thing topped off was windshield fluid but was sold engine cleaners I never asked for. When I called it out made it seem like he did the thing I wanted not to get in trouble. Sure you got a quick buck this but I can't trust your business anymore and lost a customer. The shadiest **** I've seen a business do.
