I have absolutely no complaints with a Kia service department. The manager in there has always been very polite and extra helpful. His attitude instills confidence in me with Kia. Thanks for being in murphy!

NO ONE EVEN SAID HI TO ME WHEN I WALKED IN FOR A SCHEDULED APPT. I SAT IN SILENCE WHILE I WALKED INTO THE SHOP WITH NO ONE ELSE EXCEPT THE 2 GENTLEMEN WHEN I WALKED IN AND NOTEVEN A HELLO. I WAS THERE FOR A RECALL WHICH I UNDERSTAND YOU DONT GET PAID FOR BUT I REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK WHEN I DOMT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I KNOW I PAY MORE QHEN GOING TO A DEALERSHIP WHICH I AM AWARE OF AND WILL PAY BUT IF I DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE IT WILL NOT HAPPEN.
