First of all, y’all shouldn’t be charging almost $200 to diagnose a vehicle. Especially if it’s a car that was bought from the Kia dealership store. That’s a scam. A diagnostic should be nome more than $100, realy no more than $50.

Okay I came into the shop Kia with the tire issue. Michael came right out and I discussed with him what happened. He took over saying we'll get right on it we'll get it done for you and Sue the man comforted me because I felt like it was the world's end. And he noticed while I was waiting that it was time for the oil change so he came and discussed it with me and I agreed and they did the oil changed and wash my car Michael is just the best best at their Ikea he always takes good care of me me being a female I really appreciate that thank you Michael thank you Kia.
