Oscar Nájera was not the one who helped me. Oscar was in the phone when I arrived and so Jonathan Martinez that was kind enough to do my service intake. Jonathan is very customer service oriented and explained what service my car was getting and answered all my questions in a professional and friendly manner. No offense to Oscar but even when he got off the phone he did not acknowledge my presence even though he knew he was assigned to me. When I picked up my car I experienced the same scenario. Jonathan took care of my paperwork. I had zero interaction with Oscar. I will be requesting that Jonathan be my Professional Serviceman in the future. Thank you.

As for the service they did ,they got the job it was a simple and quick .As for the charge I’m highly unsatisfied .. For a Diagnostic it’s crazy to charge 150 before taxes which ended up at 179.00 . Then a 90 dollar oil change . I also don’t like that online Kia company site say 88-100 dollar for the diagnostic. So then why I paid more . I need answers .

I was sent a link saying my car was done. I paid $483. When I arrived to pick up my car, it wasn’t done. They offered my a loner. I would’ve been ok except the loner smelled horrible. Someone had smoked in it and it smelled terrible. Also the gas light was on, it had 24 miles left.
