I came in to get my car roof detailed inside. I pointed out areas that needed attention. When I got home I realized they failed to clean under the sun visors. I also was told I'd receive a phone call when my vehicle was ready for pick up. I never got a call. I had to call and ask if it was done. Just the overall customer service wasn't there.
