So far, this service department has been the most efficient one I've ever dealt with. Paperwork was ready when I got there, no wait, and I was in and out in under one hour. It was great!

I started out loving our service rep.. friendly & informative.. but as the work went on I didn’t get updates.. had to call & got transferred into other misc voicemails from the receptionist.. I couldn’t find him for anything & he sure wasn’t updating me..communication went south fast. After finally reaching him I was told my recall work was all done then later, no not all of it.. several mixed messages. Ultimately I declined some recommended repairs ($2500!) & then I was treated worse.. Picked up my car & before I left the lot my side mirror is now falling off.. Turned around to show my rep & he acted like it was my doing.. It’s been on your lot all week.. I don’t know how I had anything to do with it. He was VERY put out by request to check it out & fix it. Overall a very disappointing experience. I understand the business of car repair but when a customer can’t afford the work, service should not then decline.
