My transmission never acted up initial the motor was replaced by kia. Now I have a bad transmission and no car car drive. I expected a better experience/customer service from kia. I or anyone in my extended family or friends will never purchase a kia vehicle again.

I came in after 5 on a Wednesday night. I know everyone was wrapping up to get home for the evening. I didn’t have a scheduled appointment but my car was making noises that were concerning. He took my car and registered me without making me feel like an inconvenience coming in so late. He also called the next day letting me know it was simple and didn’t even charge me because I come to them for regular maintenance. Not having my car was very inconvenient but what he did for me made up for it. He is so friendly and helpful. I will always come back to Kia of Bedford and will recommend!

pricing on your website needs to be updated more regularly, so you don't surprise your customers at their appointments. Plus, I expect your service staff to go through the inspection results with customers ,not just giving us the papers and take us to the check out desk right away. I was disappointed because my evac warning light went on approximately two weeks ago and when I called to schedule an appointment for repairs the earliest date was today at 8:30am. Your service representative said that I had two option today for repair, reschedule or leave my car for three days. I now live about 30 miles away so I talked to your very considerate service manager and he allowed the repairs. I was charged for repairs that I though were under 60000 mile warranty my car had 11 miles over and only because you could not schedule the repair sooner. I can only give your service manager Mr. **** a five star rating. I will write Kia to see if they can give me a refund because I don’t think that anyone should drive when a warning light appears on your dashboard.
