Took to long ! Katie was very sweet and efficient but from 10 o’clock in the morning till 5 at night was to long . Should have let me know in the morning how long it was going to take .

Adam was great! From the moment I walked through the door, I instantly felt at ease with greetings of friendly and humorous customer service, along with thoughtful hospitality. I felt we established an immediate rapport, and although I was a little bit nervous about bringing my car in without a clear picture of what the outcome would be, Adam listened to my concerns, made me feel heard, and set the expectations of communication in a way I feel I needed it. Like I said, Adam was great! The only thing I wish could have been better about my experience overall is if I had been given a loaner car to get back and forth to work while I waited to save money on uber rides. Grateful for the experience and to have my car back!
