I like the way they are ready to take your car back. They let you know something is wrong and try to fix it while you are there. Great service very professional

Had taken about 7 hours to complete an oil change. Typically takes about 2 hours. Considering appointments are only made so far in advance. There was then a broken phone mount in my car which shouldn't have even been touched. It was out of the way and apart from everything. It wasn't ever noted down and I had to tell them or else I would've driven off without being told. Poor customer service overall
