Matt was absolutely wonderful!! Great customer service and explained things to me when I asked. When Adam became a supervisor I was worried about who I would work with when I went in for maintenance because Adam was so good at his job and took great care of me. Matt was a nice replacement. Can’t say enough good things about him.

Please review my recent service, documenting 3 visits over the past 3 weeks. 1st visit was for typical service & I was told brakes, tires were fine. Upon arrival, I advised the driver side door needed to be adjusted due to a creaking sound & was told I had to make a separate appt for that. I then brought the car back the next Friday for that adjustment. When finished, I appreciated no charge, however,was told my back brakes were at a “3” & needed to be replaced quickly! Why wasn’t that crucial info relayed to me the week before?? Someone missed something??? Now, I had to make the 3rd consecutive Friday appt for 10/27!! I arrive on 10/27, check in, & since this appt will be longer, I request a loaner to run errands while waiting. I was told no loaners were available. I am now stuck in the waiting area from 11:00 AM to approximately 1:45 PM. I recd no notices or updates while waiting. During this time, a person was using a cell to watch/listen to a podcast which all could hear & another person conversing, via speaker phone. While I realize the dealership cannot control rude behaviors, a sign or reminder to be considerate of others is suggested. When my car was ready, I was called by the rep, paid, & advised the key was in my car. I stopped at the car wash on the way home to wash & clean my car. Obviously, I am disappointed and dissatisfied with having to schedule multiple visits and most recent experiences.

Mike always gives me the best service possible. It turns out I needed to replace some thing but I thought it wasn’t covered under my service contract. He discovered it was covered so was able to replace the part with no cost to me. he is in number one top service person you have, and he will always be the person I ask for.

What is the point of an appt at 1030 if my car does not go back for service for two hours. “Express service” is a laughable name when it takes nearly 4 hours for an oil change. Super disappointed
