David Galves was great! Let me be clear, he was not the issue at all. He explained the damage to my car very clear, he was always kind and professional and very patient with me as I decided what to do about my car. What I am completely insulted by is the fact that KIA is comfortable telling a Kia owner that to replace their engine, they are looking at 7,000+ in repairs.... There are SOOOOO many legit businesses that you could contract with in order to give your customers RESPECTFUL SERVICE. I found an engine for my car in San Bernardino for $750. We should have the option to use rebuilt engines. I understand if I'd have to sign something saying I understand the engine is rebuilt or used and it may come with a lesser warranty but I'm still confused how you guys give out these cost with a straight face. Food for thought.

This was my fourth KIA vehicle I have owned. I bought my Kia Sedona there . I take it in for service and your department tell me they can't fix the problem because of the year 2005 is to old an bluebook Value it's a waste of there time. I was thinking about buying another Kia vehicle there an putting$7,000.00 down payment.
