This was my first time going to the victorville location. I have always went to the fontana lovation and I think Im going to keep going to the fontana location. I wanted to use a coupon for the first time and I didnt jnow I was suppose to show that first because they barely talk and if they do talk to you its in a way that they are telling you what to do in a demanding way not asking the customer what they want done. Also when I picked up my car they told me to go to the cashier and one of the ladys was so rude she has the worse customer service and then she started saying how customers are so rude to her but she was the one who has attitude. Then she answers her cell phone and has a full on conversation with someone and doesnt even care that theirs a line of people waiting. Then the manager and employees were yelling at each other in a office about a mistake they all made and I just think thats unprofessional. Overall it wasnt the greatest experience and I rather go to the fontana location where they are friendlier and have great customer service.

It has increasingly become difficult to schedule appointments within the week, so it takes a week or ten days to get an appointment, and then it is taking several hours to complete a very simple oil change for which I prepaid. I don't understand as in the beginning of 2017, everything was going great and smooth, what happened?
