Andy did his job well he kept me updated every day on the process of my car however the service manager told me it would only take three days to repair the car when it actually took eight days. I would appreciate it a more realistic timeframe at the beginning that way I would not of been calling every day to see what the status of my car was.

I understand being a new facility and working on the bugs but it took a half an hour to get my check approved and I bought the car at your facility and all my service has been done at your shop as well. I live in San Bernardino and drove up here to have a part replaced that you guys said was ready.. only to find out I made an appointment for nothing cause the part needed to be painted. I was offered a free tank of gas but waited almost an hour for it. Wasted about 3 hours of my morning for nothing. Stacy was nice but I still wish my part was checked before they made an appointment with me.

Don’t quote a shuttle time when the shuttle driver doesn’t pick you up 2 hours after your car is finished. I had to cxl the shuttle and take an Uber and then the driver called me at 3:30 when my car was done at 9:30 to see if I needed a ride. Really. I know now what to go next time
