Three days later I was rear ended in my 2006 Kia Sportage and it maybe totaled. I am waiting to see if it can be repaired. My car was in perfect shape. I am hoping USAA will repair it. I love my Kia. Just sad..

Starting wirh William Enriques custom serbice rep. Sorry I am a very dissatisfied custmer, from day one he had no interest in what my problem was until I said is there anyone else I could talk to cause your not listening to what I am saying, that's when he got up to check my over heating car, not informative or clear on the issue on hand. Spoke with Manager Jason and gave me the info I needed this is Wensday and will wait for my car to be ready Monday per Jason Manager,, but now I get a text from William Enriques saying that my car is ready to come home, so I'm thinking Jason got my transmissions over night and got my car ready ,so sent a thank you reply to the text I received thank ypu Mr. J. the manager , only to find out when I got to V.V. Kia to pick up my car the message William Enriques sent was an error on his part, said it was the automotive system that was sent out and you sent it, , he knew he made a mistake and didn't even try to call or text me back so I didn't have to make a trip to Kia on false informatio. I WAS SO uPSET that I needed to wait until Monday, just to cool off cause I am not a satisfied customer, so please dont let this go un read hopefully your the right person for comment. Would like to request David Galvez as my customer service representative I highly recommend his professionalism. Un-Satisfied
