I thank Matthew for being so courteous and for getting my car serviced in half of the time I expected. He also helped me with a shuttle service so that I could spend my wait walking on a nearby wooded trail to a pretty waterfall! The shuttle dropped me off and picked me up with no worries! I was never told how long the diagnosis would be, I was not asked or offered a ride, it took an hour and a half before the staff in the lounge even acknowledged me, it took two hours for a tech to tell me what was going on with my car and another hour and a half before I would get my car. All this while I had my ten month old with me. If I had been informed that f how long it would take, I would have arranged to be picked up.
