I wasn’t before I left the dealer they told
Me one price then later on they call me for saying is going to be more money if I did’t agree They would stop working on it what other choice did I have they were going to still Harte me and the car wasn’t going to be fixed your prices are ridiculous high being that the car is fairly new the and was having issues with the AC that why I took it to you guys desregarding that it was actually what I thought the coolant was low and I could of taken it to my mechanic and being new car and having issue with getting low on coolant should be cover by warranty but I learn never taking it back to KIA

Cameron was very professional and I have Nothing but good to say about his professionalism in the way he handled me as a customer. however there was a coffee in the cup holder which lets me know that someone had to test drive the car and that’s fine and expected. But the front spoiler on that car is so low to the ground that whoever test drove it actually scratched and crunch the front end of it. I know this because that car is meticulous. I clean it inside and out relentlessly . I pointed it out to Cameron and he fixed it somewhat but there is a little dent in the front spoiler and scratches on the side of the bumper that were not there. I know because I clean the car so much and I hand rub it down and I am aware of those things. I pointed out to Cameron while I was there that I had discovered a dent just above the fender but that was not your doing someone had leaned against my car but it was ever so slight and you could only see it in the right light . I tell you that because that’s how aware of the car I am . Other than that your service center and dealership look like they are top notch. The mistake on ordering the wrong hose I can be forgiving about that.
