Your sales manager tried to do a yo yo sale on me and was not very honest on the deal he first submitted to me. My wife and I have purchased or lease 6 Kia,s and I can say this last purchase will be our last , not because of the product but because of your sales manager. Kind of sad because Kia is a good product.

I was unable to print out the coupons emailed to me by KIA. Your rep asked if I "took a picture of it with my phone". I do not have that kind of phone. I feel it is discriminatory to make the coupons you sent me only usable if I can print them out or have a phone to take a picture, you know you sent me these coupons. I asked for an oil change only and yet in cost me $80. I was told I had a nail in my tire and for another $20 they would patch it for me. I went to Les Schwab and they dropped all my tires in the dunk tank and found no leak. What am I to think about that? So, I was not satisfied I was completely dissatisfied with my overall service experience.
