Cameron Anthony went out of his way to provide an easy and pleasant repair on our soms Kia Forte that was having mechanical issues and needed to be towed to the dealer from our home over 60 miles away, Cameron was quick to determine how long it would take to service and when we arrived in ou other sons Kia with a chipped windshield, Cameron took our car to have It assessed and promptly returned with an update. This was my first time to get a service done in this branch. I was supposed to get my tires checked due to a tire pressure indicator that came on. Got to the branch a little past 7 and the first guy I saw was very friendly and even offered me to stay inside although he was barely opening the office. William was very accommodating and addressed all my needs to the point that I was able to hit 2 birds with one **** by getting maintenance service done at the same time although I did not have any appointment. All the records were pulled up electronically unlike in other branches that I have been to, they couldn't even retrieve the info regarding the previous services done in other branches. I am very happy and satisfied with the service. Good job!
