Stacey keen was awesome but on my work order tech used the word "Goodwill " referring the clock spring that was replaced free but goodwill should have included oil change and full detail in and out or a full tank of gas but if not then now I know what to expect I'm still satisfied with the service and in no way projecting anything negative about my experience
